Laboratory of Biocybernetics and Computer Aided Learning is a part of The Institute of Pathological Physiology, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University.
Laboratory works in cooperation with Faculty of mathematics and Physics and a Department of Cybernetics, CTU on basic research of formalization of physiological systems and development of its simulators.

In cooperation with College and High art school of Vaclav Hollar we develop interactive components for virtual educational simulators.
Our laboratory also participate on teaching of both general medicine and Biomedical Engineering study programmme of Czech Technical Universityand also offers postgradual courses.
Our long-term goal is to contribute to education of both medical students and professionals by modern tools, which would help to understand the most complex processes in most complex living human organism.
